does anyone know the approximate amount of calories in 1 pro point? before pro points I knew that 1 point was more or less equal to 70 calories so even if I went over some days I still knew how many calories I'd had i.e. I know if I'd had approximately 1700 cals I wouldnt put any weight on...I know pro points are not based on calories and we are not supposed to think about calories but I just wondered if anyone knew. hi i think it is roughly 40 calories which makes sense when see amountgiven, hope im right
