Being dragged to Ikea (my idea of hell on earth) tomorrow evening, and being made to eat meatballs.

Any idea what their propoints are likely to be? Not surprisingly, I can't find them in the Eat Out book

I had a kids portion with chips and gravy and pointed at 17. I had to use various things in directory to come up with this so not 100% sur its accurate if anything I've pointed too high but it didnt stop me losing 7lbs in that 1st week. X

1 pp per meatball but they do a lovely help yourself salad bar so you don't have to eat the meatballs if you don't fancy them. If you want to do that I would recommend taking your own dressing though as theirs seem to be the full fat versions! I had their gravadlax salmon and a plate of salmon and it was lovely.

They appear to sell the meatballs in the store so you could have a look at the packet before you eat and check the nutritional values.

I found this unofficial site that has the nutritional values - no idea how accurate they are. But might give you a good idea.

Hope that helps.

That website is unfortunately not the most correct one around. Most of the stuff IKEA sells are produced by swedish company just relabled for IKEA. Hence I have a lot of the stuff in my swedish tracker.

The meatballs are 1 ppts each. However because of rounding it is 9 ppts for 10. (they acually are 0,85 ppts each).
The Lingonberry sauce is 1 ppts per table spoon
The gravy(cream sauce) is an unknown but probably done from dry and around 1-2 ppts per tablespoon.

The hotdogs are around 6 ppts. (The roll alone is 2 ppts).

1 year result on Propoints: Lost 5 st 3 lbs 10 oz.

How? By eating ALL daily, ALL activity and at least half the Weekly every week. If not eating all that - No loss!
