4 skinless chicken breasts diced.
Half can drained chickpeas or kidneybeans.
1 can chopped tomatoes.
1 lg onion.
1 green pepper.
1 fresh red or green chilli or chilli powder to taste.
1 clove garlic.
handful of corriander leaves
Salt & black pepper
cooking spray oil
Spray low fat oil to coat frying pan and heat, add diced chicken & onion until brown.
Add pepper, beans, garlic, chilli & tomato & simmer for 10 mins.
Sprinkle on corriander
