1 onion
1 red & 1 yellow pepper
1 punnet of mushrooms
6 cherry tomotoes
1/4 iceberg lettuce
80g dried pasta (4pts)
1 tub fresh WW roasted pepper pasta sauce(2pts)
80g WW grated mature cheddar cheese (2 pts)
Frylight cooking spray
I boiled pasta, drained & left to cool.
Using frylight, I browned off onions, mushrooms & peppers (all of which I diced).
I then added the WW pasta sauce.
Once off the heat, i mixed in the pasta, grated cheese, diced cherry tomatoes & lettuce.
I split it evenly between to tuppaware boxes.
Tasty & filling served either hot or cold!!
