This is fine once in a while, but it highlights my frustration with this plan! eg muesli with soya milk and a cup of tea = 11+ points (depending on brand), & nuts (filling and healthy) are huge re points encouraging people to avoid them.
I know there's no perfect solution but given the health implications (particularly for women) of too much processed meat, it's pretty frustrating, to me anyway, when this issue keeps reappearing.
