I didn't use the yogurt either and only 60g brown rice..
Excellent version... Much lighter and very tasty
Deliscious and filling meal. Prefer mine a little hotter so will add more chilli next time.
Didn't have any cumin so left it out, only used half a teaspoon of chilli so didn't need the yoghurt, apart from that very tasty
