This curry is delicious, I wasn't able to get butternut squash but it tasted good all the same, I think it is one of those dishes that you can experiment with vegetables. Easy to make and ready to eat in 30 minutes. Like previous reviewers I reduced the amount of stock preferring to add extra if required. You can experiment also with curry paste flavours I chose tikka but noticed Pataks do others in their range. At only 3 points this dish is definately a favourite.
