I'm a bit confused but how does this have a propoints value? I thought potato of any kind was on the healthy and filling list so you don't have to count it?? Have I been going wrong somewhere? ps they're scrummy!
I love these!! Made them for me and my partner, I will be making them again! I read some reviews saying to par boil potatoes, I didn't and I won't next time I make them either. When I told my partner they were a 'WW thing' (as he calls it!) he couldn't believe it and he has asked when I am making them again!!
Love these, just a quick tip, par boil the chips 1st, then put them in a hot oven, cook quicker and are more fluffy inside! nom nom!!
