With a bit of tweaking this could be nice. There was too much liquid for the couscous, so it wan't all absorbed and the cooked couscous was soggy and had to be drained. Also using lemon juice on the fish was too much for me: the dish tasted overwhelmingly of lemon. And how do you grill it without the couscous mixture on top burning, even on a medium heat? But - I think that with some minor changes this could be tasty.
