Can I ask a probably obvious question? I'm new to cooking but am giving it a go! Do you soak the lentils before mixing them with the carrots and stock or do they go in dry? Thanks!
This worked out really well and is a tasty new recipe for me which I'll try again. I would suggest serving the burgers in a wrap rather than roll as it's get a bit too 'bready' - perhaps even shape them like falafel.
