|As you follow the plan and enter your weight regularly, your latest statistics will display below Your Weight Progress in the Chart tab.
Among the information displayed will be weekly and daily ProPoints® values used, remaining, and swapped for food and activity. An overview of your Weight Tracker history will also be displayed, including weight lost for the week and overall, as well as any changes in measurement charting you may have set up.
Because weight statistics are based on your starting weight, resetting your Weight Tracker may alter this information as well as the milestones which are displayed.
Also, please note that if you don’t track for any length of time, or if you’re tracking in Simply Filling mode, your statistics will reflect this.
