The Discover Plan™ – how it works

Most diets are hard to stick with, because they leave you feeling hungry, and they don’t help you to tackle all those other obstacles that cause you to overeat, like boredom, stress or simply because the food’s there in front of you.

The Discover Plan is different. It’s a sensible healthy approach to lasting weight loss. With Discover Plan, you’ll learn:

  • Which foods help keep you fuller longer, so hunger stays in check.

Not all foods are created equal-POINTS® values help you choose

The Discover Plan is based on the Weight Watchers POINTS system. Every food has a POINTS value, which is calculated based on the food’s calories and saturated fat. You’ll aim to meet a daily POINTS allowance and with the help of the Discover Plan, learn to select the best food options to help you eat well, feel full and stay satisfied while still losing weight. So you can enjoy the foods you love and reach your weight loss goals.

 

Don’t give up indulgences

You don’t have to deprive yourself to lose weight. Life calls for snacks, treats, special occasions, or meals out. The plan gives you the guidance to make room for these indulgences. Treating yourself will help you stick with the plan, and help you keep the weight off for good.
