You have the right to cancel (for any reason) the contract for the purchase of an item within seven working days of the day after delivery. Cancellations should be notified to Weight Watchers (UK) Limited in writing within those seven days to the following address Weight Watchers At Home, St Peters Road, Maidenhead, Berkshire SL6 7QZ. Upon cancellation you should return all products to us at the above address and provided that they are in the same or similar condition as that when delivered, and in the case of CD ROM packs and DVDs, where they have not been unsealed, we shall arrange for the amount that you have paid for the goods to be refunded to you as soon as possible but in any event within 30 days. In the event that you fail to return the goods to us upon cancellation we shall have the right to deduct the cost of recovering the goods from any refund due to you. This cancellation and returns policy applies to all products purchased from Weight Watchers At Home Department or via our Shop at www.weightwatchers.co.uk except for Magazines. Please obtain a Proof of Postage which can be obtained free of charge from the Post Office. In the event of a faulty product, please phone us on 08456 788 999 Lines open - Monday-Thursday 8am-5pm, Friday 8am-4.30pm and our Customer Service team will be happy to help.
