Ingredients

Aperol

45 ml

Prosecco

75 ml

Soda Water

50 ml

Orange

1 medium, slices, to garnish

Instructions

  1. Add lots of ice to a large white wine glass or tumbler. Pour over the Aperol, followed by the Prosecco.
  2. Stir once and finish the drink with some soda water to top up (to taste) and a slice of orange.
