So cute and easy! This is a perfect Halloween treat to make with kids, and it's a total crowdpleaser.

Ingredients

Banana

3 medium

Peanut butter powder

25 g

Ground Cinnamon

1 teaspoon(s), level

White Chocolate

85 g

Milk chocolate chips

12 g, 12 choc chips for the 'eyes'

Instructions

  1. Peel and slice each banana in half vertically. Insert a lolly stick into each banana half, and place on a lined baking sheet. Freeze for 30 minutes.
  2. In a small bowl, mix the peanut butter powder, cinnamon, and 3 tbsp water. Add the mixture to a piping bag and set aside.
  3. In a microwave safe bowl, melt the white chocolate in 15 second increments, stirring each time, until completely melted. Add the melted chocolate to a piping bag. Cut the tips off of both piping bags, and drizzle both the white chocolate and the peanut butter mixture over the frozen bananas to make the mummies.
  4. On the back of each chocolate chip, pipe a dot of white chocolate and stick "eyes" on the bananas. Chill for 30 minutes or until set.

Notes

If you don't have any lolly sticks, you can always use the handle of a spoon (just be aware that metal spoons will get very cold in freezer and fridge, and might need to be wrapped in a napkin to make them easier to hold when it's time to eat).
