Weight Watchers’ 7 day handy meal planner (which can you also find in ‘Your guide to getting started’ programme booklet) is based on a daily ProPoints allowance of 26. If your allowance is higher, use our weight-loss tools, such as the Pocket Guide, the app or our shopping guide, to look up extra foods and their ProPoints values to add into your day’s eating.

7 day vegetarian meal planner
Each day’s meals are based on a daily ProPoints allowance of 26. If your allowance is higher use our weight loss tools, such as the pocket guide, the App, eSource or our Shop guide to look up extra foods or increased portion sizes.

In this 7 day vegetarian meal planner:
Breakfasts range from 3–6 ProPoints values
Lunches range from 2–9 ProPoints values
Dinners range from 8–13 ProPoints values
Snacks/desserts range from 1–5 ProPoints values

7 day Filling and Healthy meal planner
There are no ProPoints values listed as the meal ideas contain only Filling & Healthy ingredients or ingredients that have a ProPoints value of zero. For those that have a ProPoints value of zero only at a certain amount then a serving amount is listed. If you want to include any non-Filling & Healthy ingredients dip into your weekly ProPoints allowance of 49.
