Monday
Potato and Onion Soup
Take soup in a thermos for a warm and filling lunch on the run. Have with a Ham and Mustard Roll
- a bread roll filled with a slice of ham and salad and spread with mustard and a teaspoon of low fat butter.

Iced Banana Muffins
Try one of these muffins as a sweet treat to round off your lunch.

Tuesday
Lunchbox Layered Tuna Salad
A lovely lunch to eat at your desk, home or wherever you may be around midday!
