ingredients, or ingredients that have a ProPoints
value of zero. (Some food items only have a ProPoints
value of zero for a certain serving size – so these amounts are listed where relevant.)
The 7 day Filling & Healthy meal planner allows for two teaspoons (5ml each) of healthy oil (sunflower, olive, flaxseed, safflower or rapeseed oil) per day – so no need to count this.
If you want to include any non-Filling & Healthy ingredients, just dip into your weekly ProPoints allowance of 49.
The planner suggests types of fruit and vegetables to enjoy with your meals but feel free to swap these for your in-season favourites.
For good health reasons the meal planner includes ½ pint of skimmed milk every day. This is to be used over the day as it suits you, for example in tea or coffee. On some days there are suggestions as to how you could use it, on other days it’s completely up to you.
