  • 500 g Lean Lamb Mince (less than 16% fat), raw
  • 1/4 teaspoons (level) Cayenne Pepper
  • 1 teaspoons (level) Oregano, Dried
  • 1/2 teaspoons Dried Mixed Herbs
  • 1 serving(s) garlic powder half a teaspoon
  • 1 teaspoons Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoons Black pepper

  • Add all ingredients except Lean Lamb Mince into a bowl. Mix in Lean Lamb Mince. Pound it, punch it, take all your aggression out on it until it forms a more or less lamb dough (about 5 mins) and then mould into a roll. Add Tin foil balls to bottom of slow cooker so some of the fat drains off whilst cooking. Add the lamb roll and then cook for 3-4 hours on high or 5-6 hours on low. Once cooked place the kebab into some tin foil and rest on the side for ten mins and then slice thinly or use a potato peeler to cut (depends how you want it. First time you cook it, keep an eye on timings. Each slow cooker differs and seems it goes from perfect to spoilt very quickly. If in doubt, go for the lower cooking times first or wrap in foil. If using less than 500g of mince, also remember to adjust cooking times.
