Why we love it

A really filling meal pot to fuel you for the rest of the day. It is a good source of Protein too.

Preparation

Microwave. Before cooking: Remove outer packaging and pull back film half way. Microwave on full power for 2mins (750w). Stir halfway through. Re-cover and continue cooking. After cooking: Stir thoroughly. Allow to stand for 1 minute. Do not reheat once cooled. For different power microwaves adjust the cooking time accordingly. All cooking appliances vary in performance, these are guidelines only.

WARNING contents will be hot, handle with care.
Store in a cool dry place, once opened, store in the fridge and consume within 48 hours.
