Wheat flour (27.5%), fava beans flour (15%), sugar, whole grain wheat flour (11%), oat flakes (9.6%), sunflower oil, corn fibre, shea butter, oat flour, mixed spices (1.6%) (cinnamon, clove, ginger, nutmeg, allspice, mace, cardamon), raising agents: sodium carbonates, potassium tartrates; whey powder (milk), invert sugar syrup, emulsifier: rapeseed lecithins; natural flavourings.
