PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS RELATING TO YOUR ORDER. Unless we indicate otherwise, by placing an order for products (“Shop Products”) offered currently or in the future via the WW Shop available on our Website (the “WW Shop”), you are agreeing to these terms and conditions (“Shop Terms”). The Shop Terms are additional terms that supplement, and should be read in conjunction with, the Terms & Conditions, or Subscription Agreement, as applicable, that govern your use of this Website. When you place an order through the Online Shop, you are ordering from WW (UK) Ltd an affiliate of WW.co.uk Ltd.


We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to change, modify, add or remove portions of these Shop Terms at any time. You should check these Shop Terms periodically for changes. By placing an order through the WW Shop after we post any changes to the Shop Terms, you agree to accept those changes, whether or not you have reviewed them. If you do not agree to these Shop Terms, you should not purchase from our WW Shop. For the avoidance of doubt, these Shop Terms do not apply to your purchase of any of the fee-based products offered on the website and such fee-based products will not be considered Shop Products.


Terms & Conditions - In General


By purchasing via the WW Shop, you agree to be legally bound and to abide by these Shop Terms. We reserve the right to change, suspend, or discontinue any aspects of the WW Shop at any time, without prior notice. We sell and ship Shop Products to end user customers and such items are not available for resale.


Shop Product Description


We attempt to be as accurate as possible in our Shop Products descriptions. However, we do not warrant that Shop Product descriptions or other content of the WW Shop is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. Occasionally there may be information in the WW Shop that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to Shop Product descriptions, pricing, and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice (including after you have placed your order).


Pricing

The prices of Shop Products are subject to change at any time without notice. All prices are shown inclusive of VAT at the prevailing rate. We cannot confirm the price of an item until your purchase is complete. On rare occasions, an item may be priced incorrectly in the WW Shop. If the price for the item in the WW Shop is incorrect and is higher or lower than the price provided at the time you placed your order, we may in our sole discretion inform you of the correct price and give you the option to order the item at the correct price, or we may cancel the order for such item and notify you of such cancellation.


Please note we do not issue VAT invoices with your receipt. However, should you wish to receive a VAT invoice, please contact us at uk.shop@weight-watchers.co.uk

Product Availability

The availability of Shop Products is subject to change at any time without notice. In the event that any goods ordered are not available, we will notify you of a delay or cancellation of all or part of your order.


Placement and Acceptance of Your Order

When you enter your credit or debit card information and place your order, we will begin processing payment and you will be given an order number. You will also receive an email acknowledging that your order has been received. We will send you another email to notify you when your order has been dispatched

The information about the Shop Products (including descriptions, quantities and price) does not represent an offer by us to sell the products on that basis. We are inviting you to make us an offer to purchase our products. Additionally your receipt of an electronic or other form of order acknowledgment does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of an offer to sell. We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason and/or to limit quantities on any order, without giving any reason or prior notice. You will be notified of our acceptance when your order has been dispatched .


Delivery

All orders placed via the WW Shop are subject to product availability and will be shipped to a valid address within the United Kingdom, Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands, according to our delivery options as stated below. Delivery prices include delivery and handling charges. Please review Delivery Options & Rates (below) for additional information on delivery times, rates and policies.


Delivery Options & Rates

Standard Delivery: If you place your order by 1pm on a Business Day, you should receive your delivery within 2-5 Business Days from the date of order

We are not able to accommodate specific time slot delivery at this time. Please leave additional delivery instructions during the checkout process for where to leave your parcel should you not be available to receive the delivery. WW are not liable for the security of products once delivered.

Business Days: Monday - Friday, excluding Bank Holidays within the United Kingdom and Northern Ireland.
Delivery and handling rates are calculated based on the value of the order being placed. Please refer to the rate chart below for delivery rates.

Right to Cancel

We endeavour to ship items to you quickly, and as a result, after you place an order via the WW Shop we will not be able to stop your order from being processed. However, in accordance with your statutory rights, you have the right to cancel (for any reason) the contract for the purchase of an item, other than goods made to your specification, magazines and perishable goods, like fresh food, and CDs, DVDs or computer software, where they have been unsealed, within 14 days from the day on which you or a third party indicated by you receives the goods purchased . You can request a cancellation by contacting WW within the 14 day cancellation period on 034567 88 999 or by email to uk.shop@weight-watchers.co.uk  or by completing this form and emailing it to uk.shop@weight-watchers.co.uk or by post to WW Shop, Millennium House, Ludlow Road, Maidenhead, SL6 2SL. The goods should be returned to WW by following the instructions on the delivery note sent with your order. We shall arrange for the amount that you have paid for the goods, including delivery charges, to be returned to you as soon as possible but in any event within 14 days from the day on which we receive the goods back from you.

For At Home offers: you may, for any reason, use your withdrawal right within a maximum period of 14 (fourteen) days following receipt of the physical products sold within the At Home offer, regardless of when you activate your subscription to WW Digital which can occur before or after the receipt of the physical goods.

In addition to your statutory rights the following returns policy relating to items purchased from our WW Shop applies.


Damaged or Defective Items.

If you receive damaged or defective items, we will either re-deliver your order at no charge to you, or provide a full refund of your purchase price, including the delivery and handling charges on your original order. You will need to contact us within (and including) 30 days of receiving the item. indicating whether you want a replacement item or a refund. In either event please contact Customer Service as set forth below.


Please note that in summer months there is some risk that chocolate snack bars will arrive melted. Unfortunately we cannot control the temperature and conditions the bars are exposed to once they leave our fulfilment centre. Delivery trucks can get very hot in the summer months and chocolate is bound to melt. These items will return to their normal state if they are allowed to cool or placed in the fridge. We do not consider these items defective or damaged and this return policy does not apply to them.


How to Return:

If you decide to return an item, please follow the instructions on the delivery note sent with your order.


WW Meetings.

We regret that Shop products purchased from our WW Shop cannot be returned to any WW Meetings.


Limitation of Liability

In no event shall our total liability to you for all damages, losses and causes of action (whether in contract, tort (including, but not limited to, negligence) or otherwise) exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for the Shop Products. If you are dissatisfied with any portion of the Shop Products, or with any other provision of these terms and conditions, your sole and exclusive remedy is to return the Shop Products in accordance with our Returns Policy below.

Personal Coaching Terms + Conditions:


PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING PERSONAL COACHING TERMS AND CONDITIONS ("PERSONAL COACHING TERMS") RELATING TO YOUR ACCESS TO AND USE OF PERSONAL COACHING.


  1. These Personal Coaching Terms form a binding agreement between you and WW GBR Ltd (“WW or us”) when you complete your purchase of Personal Coaching. 
  2. The Personal Coaching Terms are additional terms that supplement, and should be read in conjunction with the WW Shop terms and conditions (“Shop Terms”) and the Membership Agreement that governs your use of the fee-based products offered on the WW website and WW App. In case of conflict between provisions, these Personal Coaching Terms take precedence over the Shop Terms and the Membership Agreement. 
  3. The service. Personal Coaching is available for Digital, Digital 360 or Unlimited Workshops + Digital members only and can not be transferred to another member or anyone else.  
  4. Booking a Personal Coaching Session. You’ll find all the instructions you need on the WW website using this link https://www.weightwatchers.com/uk/personal-coaching There’s a step-by-step guide and also a handy video with instructions on how to book. You will also receive a confirmation email when you purchase your Personal Coaching pack. This also includes the link to the WW website. You can call customer service (0345 646 1072) to book your first session as soon as you have purchased your pack. All sessions need to have 24 hours advance booking notice, so you'll be able to start your first session 24 hours after making the call depending on coach availability. You can book your Personal Coaching sessions up to one month in advance and all Personal Coaching sessions must be used within 3 months from the date of purchase of the Personal Coaching pack.
  5. Cancellation of contract.  You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days of purchase completion unless you have attended a Personal Coaching session within that 14 day period.   6. To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired. If you have the right to cancel this contract within the 14 day period we will reimburse you the payments received from you in respect of the contract.

  7. Cancellation of Personal Coaching session. You will need to email your Coach more than 24 hours before the scheduled time of your Personal Coaching session if you wish to cancel or change the time or date of that session. If you give less than 24 hours notice you won’t be able to rebook that session, however you can use the next session from your Personal Coaching pack if available.
  8. Cancellation of Membership Products. In the event that you cancel your Digital, Digital 360 or Unlimited Workshops + Digital membership prior to the time that you have completed the Personal Coaching sessions you will still to be able to attend those sessions. However, you will not be able to purchase further Personal Coaching sessions until you have renewed your membership to one of those WW offerings. 
  9. Health Disclaimer. WW is not a medical organisation and its coaches cannot give you medical advice or diagnosis. Nothing contained in any materials, or otherwise offered or generated by us as part of Personal Coaching should be construed as such advice or diagnosis. Personal Coaching is intended for use only by healthy adult individuals who are not underweight and you are advised to seek the advice of a doctor before beginning any weight loss regimen or undertaking any fitness activities or exercise routines. You agree that you are participating in Personal Coaching relying on your seeking advice on your own as described above, and that the information provided by WW does not aim at, or will not be construed as replacing such advice. Consequently, unless caused by a negligent action or omission of WW, WW shall not be liable for any damages arising from personal injuries (including death) sustained as a result of your participation in Personal Coaching. By using Personal Coaching despite being aware of your particular health risks, you assume all risks of your use of Personal Coaching and you agree to hold WW and its affiliates harmless from any and all claims, loss or damage, liabilities and costs, including legal fees, in connection with your use of Personal Coaching.
