Here’s a step by step guide to syncing your fitness device to Weight Watchers, we hope you enjoy the new way to earn and track activity ProPoints values.

Step by step guide to syncing your fitness device with the website

  1. Connect to the Weight Watchers website
  2. Make sure you're logged in using your Weight Watchers username and password
  3. Head to 'account settings' at the top right of your screen (for security reasons, you'll be asked to re-enter your password)
  4. Select 'connect devices and apps' under My Account.
  5. Click the name of your device and hit 'continue'
  6. Enter your fitness device login details and confirm to connect to your Weight Watchers account.


Step by step guide to syncing your fitness device with the app

  1. Make sure you're logged in to the Weight Watchers app
  2. Select 'more' from the bottom right of screen, then 'settings' (the cog symbol) from top right
  3. Choose 'activity sync', 'another device' then select your device and hit 'continue'
  4. Confirm your log in details.

Hey presto, you're all set!

Remember...

As with our pedometer, there is a minimum level of activity required before activity ProPoints values are earned, when you sync your fitness device to our Weight Watchers activity tracker. This depends on your metrics height, weight, gender and age.
